All machines are manufactured under strict quality control that ensures long-term working and also secures your investment for a long time and doesn’t allow you to invest frequently in heavy machinery with a large amount which will affect your budget line of business. we also keep in mind some important points that will take machines to live many years ahead. 

Paddy De-Husking machine: 

• Check the input Voltage 230V. 

• Ensure Roller Gaps Before Running the Machine. 

• Ensure the Belt Condition and Tension, Slowly Open the Feeding input.

• If Grains Come, Adjust the Roller Gap Slowly.

• Ensure the Husk puts Blower Air Control.

• Don’t Close the Output Husk mouth. 

• After Completing the process clean the machine fully.

Warning: 

• Don’t Put Hard Materials inside the Machine.

• Use Cleaned and Dry Paddy Only. 

• Don’t Open the Door when the machine Runs. 

• Keep hands away from Rollers.

• Never Open or Remove the Safety cover when the machine runs. 

• Never dive your hands into revolving components. 

• Remove the Belt after work is completed. 

• Check the Belt Tension Before Running the Machine.

• நெல் வரும் வாயை மெதுவாக திறக்கவும் . 

• அரிசியுடன் முழுநெல் வரும் பட்சத்தில் ரோலர் உள்ள இடைவெளியை மெதுவாக நெறுக்கவும். 

• உமி செல்லும் காற்று உறிஞ்சியை தேவையான அளவு திறக்கவும். 

• உமி வெளியேறும் வாயை மூடக்கூடாது. 

• வேலை முடிந்தவுடன் இயந்திரத்தை முழுமையாக நன்கு சுத்தம் செய்யவும்.

எச்சரிக்கை: 

• கடினமான பொருட்களை இயந்திரத்திற்குள் போடக்கூடாது. 

• நன்கு சுத்தம் செய்த, காய்ந்த நெல்லை மட்டும் பயன்படுத்தவும். 

• மிஷின் இயங்கும் போது கதவை திறக்க கூடாது ரோலர் இயங்கும்போது கை வைக்கக் கூடாது. 

• மெஷின் இயங்கும்போது பாதுகாப்பு கதவை கழட்டவோ திறக்கவும் கூடாது. 

• இயந்திரத்தில் சுற்றும் பாகத்தில் கை வைக்கக் கூடாது வேலை முடிந்தவுடன் பெல்ட்டை கழற்றி வைக்கவும். 

• வேலை துவங்கும் முன் பெல்ட் இறுக்கம் சரிபார்க்கவும்.

• Keep Children and animals away from the work area as it can be dangerous for them.
